dave f610ef6046 Restore codebase deleted by bad auto-commit e4227cf 
Commit e4227cf (a story creation auto-commit) erroneously deleted 175
files from master's tree, likely due to a race condition between
concurrent git operations. This commit re-adds all files from the
working directory.

Dave 150f654e04 story-kit: merge 166_story_add_done_column_to_pipeline_board 
Add Done column to pipeline board. Adds the 'done' stage to
PipelineState, exposes it via the WebSocket and REST API, and
renders a Done column in the frontend pipeline board view.

Squash merge from feature/story-166_story_add_done_column_to_pipeline_board.

Dave e54209eb5a Story 32: Multi-Instance Worktree Support 
Add configurable port via STORYKIT_PORT env var (default 3001). Server
prints machine-readable STORYKIT_PORT=<port> on startup and writes
.story_kit_port file for discovery. Frontend proxy and WebSocket read
VITE_STORYKIT_PORT env var instead of hardcoding port 3001.

7 new tests (4 backend, 3 frontend) all passing.

Dave b6e55a513f WIP: Batch 3 — backfill frontend tests 
- usePathCompletion: 16 tests (isFuzzyMatch, getCurrentPartial, hook behavior)
- api/client.ts: 9 tests (fetch mocks for all major endpoints, error handling)
- api/workflow.ts: 6 tests (record, acceptance, review queue, ensure)

Frontend tests: 13 → 44
