dave	9092b8a2c9	fix: wizard hints address the LLM not the user, README adds bare project guidance ... The format_wizard_state hints now tell the LLM what to do ("show it to the user and ask if they're happy") rather than exposing tool names to the user ("Run wizard_generate"). README wizard instructions now distinguish between existing-code projects (read codebase, generate files) and bare projects (interview the user about what they want to build).
